Why Donate?

I code the Jason's Toolbox site and programs in my own time. Keeping the site up and running costs money which comes out of my pocket. I don't run any ads on the site and even if I did, ads don't bring in much anyway. However, I also don't want to charge for my applications. So, if you like any of the programs or features here, feel free to pay what you think they're worth. Your contributions will help keep this site running. (Important Note: Donations are not tax deductible.)

Donate via Paypal

You can pay by credit card via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, it's quick and easy to set one up. Simply fill out how much you think the program is worth and click "Donate." Paypal might not be as convenient as Amazon.com's Honor System, but Paypal charges me less in fees. Paypal charges $0.30 per transaction and 2.9% of the donation. For example, if you were to donate $5, I'd receive $4.55.

Donate via Check

Check payments might not be as convenient as donating online, but they do carry the benefit (for me at least) of not having any fees being deducted from your payment. So if you were to donate $5, I'd receive the full $5.00. Make your US checks or money orders payable to Jason Levine and send them to:


Include a typed note with the check that includes your name, e-mail address so I can send you an e-mail when the check arrives. Also make sure to note in the memo area that this is a Jason's Toolbox Donation. Sorry, but I can't currently accept international payments.

Buy from the Toolbox Store

You can also support Jason's Toolbox by making a purchase from the Toolbox Store. I receive about $1 for each item you purchase, so this is possibly the least efficient method of donating. However, you do get some merchandise in return.
